Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, not installed, with all screws and accessories included, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

Because we ship from different warehouses (China warehouse, US domestic warehouse, and Amazon MCF), please contact us first to confirm the correct return address before sending anything back.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply. The additional shipping costs resulting from this customer-initiated error will be borne by the customer, as the incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.

For defective or incorrect items (caused by our brand, such as product quality issues or wrong item delivery), we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. All shipping fees related to the return and replacement/refund process will be borne by Flirabbit, as the issue is our responsibility and we strive to provide a hassle-free after-sales experience for our customers.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if:

1. the item is defective or damaged

2. you received the wrong item

so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right (replacement parts, replacement item, or refund depending on the situation).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are hardware items that may be installed and exposed to wear, we cannot accept returns for:

1. items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear

2. items returned with missing parts (screws, latches, tools, etc.) or severely damaged packaging

3. custom-finish or made-to-order items

4. clearance / final sale items

5. gift cards

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific product before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

1. Contact us to request a return and obtain authorization

2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item

For defective or incorrect items, we will work with you to arrange a suitable replacement solution.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
