FLIRABBIT currently ships to the following regions:

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons (such as Black Friday and Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Locations & Methods
Depending on product availability and inventory location, your order may ship from one of the following fulfillment centers:

Used for certain hardware items or when U.S. inventory is temporarily unavailable.

U.S. Domestic Warehouse
Used when inventory is available within the United States.

Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), USA
Fast and reliable domestic fulfillment for selected SKUs.
Our system automatically selects the fulfillment location that provides the fastest available delivery.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the warehouse from which the order is shipped.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days -
From China Warehouse
Estimated delivery time: 8–15 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or regional logistics conditions.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or peak season shipping volumes.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees may vary depending on:

All orders qualify for free shipping, and any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear, especially for international shipments from China.
If your tracking shows no movement after 7 days, please contact our support team.
7. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international shipments:

8. Delayed, Lost, or Stuck Packages

If your package appears lost or has no tracking updates for more than 15 days, please contact us.
We will assist you in locating the shipment or resolving the issue.
9. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

If a package is returned due to:

we may deduct the actual shipping cost from the refund or request additional payment for reshipping.
