Universal Fit for Standard US Doors
Suitable for all standard interior doors with a thickness of 1-3/8 inches to 1-3/4 inches (35-45 mm). This door handle latch uses either a fixed backset of 2-3/8 inches (60 mm) or a 2-3/4 inch (70 mm) backset (two options available).
Please confirm the location of the pre-drilled holes on your door before purchasing to ensure compatibility and avoid installation problems.
Easy Installation – Important Step Before Assembly
Before inserting the spindle, please use the included hex key to loosen the small screw at the bottom of the knob. Then push the spindle through and tighten the screw again to secure it. This step ensures smooth rotation, proper function, and allows the knob to sit flush against the door.

Solid door knob. It has a lot of weight. The texture on the side allows for grip and gives it design quality. I love the color, it complements well with other hardware. The brushed metal is forgiving of fingerprints. Installation overall is easy, but I recommend 2 people to hold it up. It can be done by one, but it's just easier with 2. This gives an elevated look to your home. Small details like this make a big impact overall.

The Flirabbit brushed brass door knob set has a great looking finish, especially with the knurled surfaces that help with slippery hands. The product comes very well packaged with preformed Styrofoam padding, cloth bags for the knobs and a box for the hardware (see image). The package includes everything needed to install the knobs (see image). It is nice that a spare strike is included together with 2 shapes for the latch faceplate (sharp and rounded edges). The 2 page installation guide is reasonably detailed including precise schematics for drilling holes into a new door.As of now this would be a 5-star product, but the installation was far from straight-forward. The main reason was the unusual construction of the spindle comprised of two rotating parts instead of one solid piece as normally used (see close-up image of spindle). The spindle is asymmetric and requires very careful attention while mounting into the latch and attaching the knobs. Here the guide is not very clear in helping the user clearly. If some of the necessary steps are not taken properly, then the knobs may not activate the latch and the door cannot be opened once closed. This is a serious issue and makes this unit not competitive to other similar products.If that was all the issues this would be a 4-star product in my review. However, my specific unit had a hardware flaw. The spindle and the associated hole in one of the knobs were not properly matched in size. The spindle could not be slid into the knob by hand but needed a hammer to force it inside. This was not desirable since the distance the spindle needs to be inserted has to be very precise (see comments above). As the spindle was too large I filed its edges quite a bit to make it fit by hand. This is also not ideal as the spindle's rounded edges could cause some slipping. Fortunately my unit was able to be activated fine.The installed door knobs look actually very appealing as shown in the images. I'm not sure whether my unit was flawed or this is a general design flaw. The construction of the spindle is definitely not optimal (not specific to my unit). In spite of the final product looking and functioning great, I cannot give this product a better than a 3-star rating due to its hardware flaws.
This doorknob arrived in a carefully packed black box encased with thick black foam without a scratch on it. I noticed right away it was much heavier than average, actually weighing in at 2.5 lbs including hardware, of modern solid brass. The instructions however were a little vague, with diagrams and no verbage. Once you realize the bar set screws need to be backed out before install, it's then no more difficult than any other knob to install. It's stunning to look at, and functions beautifully. It has an etched design making it easy to grip and turn. I have it installed on my bathroom door. Expect compliments. Definitely worth the splurge.
I need to order more of these! My knobs need replaced and they will be these! They're great quality and a great price! I absolutely love how heavy these are. They're very well made and worth every penny!
This doorknob is stunning! The mechanism turns nice and smooth and the weight of it makes it very satisfying to use. The weight also gives it a feeling of quality since you can tell that it is indeed solid metal. Installation was very easy, the same as any other doorknob, and fit my standard doors around my house. The kit includes all of the hardware needed and each half of the assembly came protected in their own soft fabric bag to keep it pristine. 5 stars!
This is a very upscale designer looking doorknob. It is very heavy and feels like quality. The color is that trendy champagne gold and the etching ("kurling") on the knob really elevates the look.
It was easy to install. It only took me a little more than 5 minutes and only requires a screwdriver. After installation, the knob turns easily and the locking mechanism also functions well.
I initially thought that this didn't actually have a privacy lock on it and I had been sent the wrong item... but it indeed is a privacy lock! It's beautiful, heavy duty, and was very easy to install. I love how sleek it looks!
