Universal Fit for Standard US Doors
Suitable for all standard interior doors with a thickness of 1-3/8 inches to 1-3/4 inches (35-45 mm). This door handle latch uses either a fixed backset of 2-3/8 inches (60 mm) or a 2-3/4 inch (70 mm) backset (two options available).
Please confirm the location of the pre-drilled holes on your door before purchasing to ensure compatibility and avoid installation problems.
Easy Installation – Important Step Before Assembly
Before inserting the spindle, please use the included hex key to loosen the small screw at the bottom of the knob. Then push the spindle through and tighten the screw again to secure it. This step ensures smooth rotation and proper function of the knob.
Styled to be both modern and slightly traditional. The modern is in the knob shape. Cylindrical in shape, but the base plate has a ring detail from the edge that has a more traditional element. I like this combo, makes for an interesting knob. It is easy to open, mechanisms feel good, functions well. The color could go well with a light or dark door. It is pretty heavy but feels to be good quality. Installations was pretty easy, but if you can, have someone hold the other side while you scre and center. If you are replacing an older knob, and there is already a ring depression from a larger base plate, it at least looks better if centered. Ideally you smooth it out, but if you don't bother, at least try to center it. It is harder with one hand holding and screwing together. It is pricey for a knob, but if you are doing an accent, it is ok if not buying several.

It feels heavy-duty, not flimsy at all, which gives me peace of mind. Installation was straightforward and the 60mm fixed backset fit perfectly in my standard door. I appreciate that it is not just stylish but also highly functional with a strong privacy lock.
It can sometimes be hit or miss buying metal items online, since you never know when something is made to look like a certain metal finish, vs actually being made from that metal. These doorknobs have some HEFT! Definitely machined out of brass and you can feel and see the quality in person. They look fantastic and will certainly improve the looks of any door they adorn. They come well packaged with felt bags for each half of the assembly and have all hardware as well as instructions, so installation is super easy. Given the weight and materials, the price is definitely reasonable. 5 stars for the quality alone!
Absolutely beautiful doorknob. I expected it to be pretty but not to look as elegant as it does. SUPER easy to swap out with builder grade door knob. Great quality and the instructions were pretty good too. It has a heavy duty feel to it for sure and I like the functionality of the lock.
