Universal Fit – 1-3/8” to 1-3/4” Doors
Suitable for all standard interior doors with a thickness of 1-3/8 inches to 1-3/4 inches (35-45 mm). This door handle latch uses either a fixed backset of 2-3/8 inches (60 mm) or a 2-3/4 inch (70 mm) backset (two options available).
Please confirm the location of the pre-drilled holes on your door before purchasing to ensure compatibility and avoid installation problems.
Easy Installation – Important Step Before Assembly
Before inserting the spindle, please use the included hex key to loosen the small screw at the bottom of the knob. Then push the spindle through and tighten the screw again to secure it. This step ensures smooth rotation and proper function of the knob.
Good quality door knob, very decorative and fancy looking going to go great in my green and gold bathroom! Very pleased with the quality overall just not too crazy about the color. I wish I would've went with the antique brass instead of the polish brass. The polish brass looks like it's scratched all over but that's my fault for not looking at the pictures closer in the pictures it looks exactly like I'm describing so that's my fault for not paying attention to the photos a little closer so I suggest looking at the photos really well before purchasing. I think it would've been a lot happier with the other color option but the shape and the quality overall is great so I'm still going to use it, but just so you don't make the same mistake. I did really look at the photos closely before you make your decision, which color to get. If you like an older more antique look, then you'll like the polish brass if you would like a newer, looking fresh clean version, I would go with the other option
FLIRABBIT has consistently produced some of the best door hardware I have installed and worked with, and this privacy knob continues that experience. From the construction to the presentation, there is an attention to detail here that separates it from ordinary door hardware.
The solid brass has substantial weight and feels extremely well made, but the finish is what immediately caught my attention. It is polished brass, yet when viewed closely there are beautiful variations and tiny twisted flecks of gold throughout the surface. They catch the light differently from various angles and create depth that simply doesn't come across as well in the listing photos. I have seen and installed quite a bit of door hardware, and I have not come across another finish that looks quite like this.
Even the instructions reflect the quality of the product. Instead of throwing a cheap folded piece of paper into the box, FLIRABBIT includes a detailed, full-color instruction booklet with the installation clearly laid out. I really appreciate this because good instructions eliminate unnecessary guesswork and make it much easier to install everything correctly the first time. The company also provides installation guides for its door hardware.
Installation itself was straightforward. The components fit together properly, everything operated smoothly once installed, and the finished hardware feels secure and substantial on the door.
I also like that this isn't merely functional hardware. The large backplate, rounded knob, and distinctive hand-finished brass surface turn it into a statement piece. It has character without being overly ornate and can completely change the appearance of an otherwise ordinary interior door.
The combination of solid brass construction, beautiful detailing, easy installation, excellent instructions, and that unusual dimensional gold finish makes this another impressive piece from FLIRABBIT.
This is the type of hardware where the quality is apparent before you even install it, and once it is on the door, it looks absolutely beautiful.

5 stars because the brass knobs installed easily and I like the burnished brass look. I installed this on a bedroom door. It ups the look over the big box knob I had on the door before. Instructions are clear and the video on the listing is helpful. The parts seem solid. The privacy lock is different than the center turn lock on the knob I replaced. This push in privacy pin looks better and works fine.
Absolutely love this door knob! The hand-burnished brass finish looks stunning in person and feels super solid and heavy. It added such an elegant touch to our home. Highly recommend!
This door knob has a nice antique look and feels solid and well made. The brass finish gives it a classic appearance that works especially well with traditional or vintage-style decor. The latch operates smoothly, the privacy lock works as expected, and installation was straightforward. It also feels sturdy and durable enough for regular use in a bedroom or bathroom. A great upgrade from basic builder-grade hardware.
I love solid brass products, but was unsure what exactly I would do with one door knob. I have no desire to change every door knob in my house right now, but this solid brass door knob looked so beautiful, I had to get it. Full disclosure: I haven't set it up on my door yet, but plan to use it for my closet door to help make that feel a bit more special.
So for my pros:
1. It is gorgeous! I got the polished brass and was worried that the hand-burnished finish would make it just look scratched up. I couldn't be more wrong. It is stunning. It feels very luxurious and the polished brass is a bright, beautiful shade of gold.
2. It is heavy. You can tell this is truly solid brass and has a great weight to it.
3. It comes packaged beautifully and has everything you need to set it up (and the set up does look pretty easy).
My only not-so-great is that it is a bit pricey. I'm not sure I'd want to spend $69.99 on each door knob in my home. It is definitely high quality, durable, and made well, but I also don't want to spend $700 on door knobs to replace it for every single door so it matches. That's why I think using it for one special door can make it a good happy medium.
I also wish they made smaller versions for cabinet doors and a lever handle version.
That being said, if the price doesn't bother you and you want a solid, well-made, pure brass door knob, look no further. This is a gorgeous, luxurious, and glamorous door knob.
Beautiful door knob, reminds me of the alice in wonderland door knob. Its heavy and well made, though ypu can likely find something similar for a lower price on here.
